Committee Meeting  11-17-07

• Next Meeting Dec. 1 at 4pm @ Scout House

Financial status approximately  $1200.00

Request that treasurer have current bank statement and check book at all committee meetings

New checks need to be ordered/ only 6 left

Scott G’s name needs to be replaced with Paul Abel’s name on the bank account.  Cheryl name needs to be added and Kim’s name needs to remain. 

Scout Shop Balance $267.99

Recharter due at Dec Roundtable to Dave Riley/ CM working on it / dues will be collected by Cheryl at Nov. Pack meeting

Regatta:  Wendy needs to bring the boats at the Nov Pack meeting / Deadline extended

Celebrations Around the World Dec 10, 6pm, Chairs will bring a flyer to pass out to parents at the Nov. pack meeting

No awards will be given out at the Dec. 10 Dinner  / no meetings on Dec. 17 due to a conflict with a Brigham event. 

Service Project Tigers Dec 18 & 19

Popcorn due Dec 10  / orders  & money due to Cheryl 12-3-07

Patches 10—Will be given to CM at roundtable in Jan or Feb. 

$50 Jonathan —1^st place –top popcorn sales

$25 Phillip ---2nd

$15 Zane —3rd

The above scouts will receive a gift certificate from Wal-Mart:  approved by committee

Kevin Meek will purchase them

10% Credit points for all

Credit Numbers will be available the first pack meeting in Jan. 08

Monies must be used by continuation of ’08 (May 17^th)

Service Project:  CM will send a flyer out in Dec. or Jan./ pack will collect items for the homeless to give to the 1^st Presbyterian Missionary (our charter organization)

Camping: 

Coleman Tent Manufac.  Let Chris know if someone orders

Health Medical forms every year on everyone

Remind everyone at the pack meeting

Highlands Hammock is a possible spring pack campout  (April 25-27)

Trailer location is to be moved to 737 fenced area : ASAP

Inventory of trailer: Paul Abel & Web II

Decals for trailer: talk to Cheryl at a later date / she has a contact name

Reimbursements: Kathy G.: Printer ink and copy paper approved= $50.00

Advancements: Personal data report will be given to absent people by Kathy G.

Advancements will continue to be by den leaders to Kathy by the 2^nd meeting of the month.  Advancement report incomplete on Pack Master for Joshua.  Parents will turn in necessary advancement information to chair prior to recharter.
